The architect expertly argues in favor of « natural stone as an ultra-modern building material ». He emphasizes: « Natural stone is absolutely competitive » and attributes this to the state-of-the-art machines that make processing and the millimeter-precise milling of complex CAD specifications so much easier. In addition, natural stone is considerably more stable in value: « Natural stone retains its quality the longest of all building materials. » This means that even aesthetically sophisticated natural stone façades ultimately have a positive financial balance for investors.
