Penser la ville vers l'avant

TEK TO NIK Architekten a démarré en 1999. Fondateur : Manfred Wenzel. Aujourd’hui : environ 50 collaborateurs et collaboratrices de 9 pays différents.
La qualité est au cœur de notre approche. L’objectif est de trouver des solutions qui font leurs preuves de tous les côtés : Sous les yeux des passants, dans les expériences des utilisateurs, face à toutes les attentes en matière de durabilité, de viabilité, d’avantages économiques et de diversité urbaine.

C’est avec cette approche que nous concevons et réalisons des bâtiments socialement et écologiquement responsables. Des bâtiments dans lesquels la ville vit – bâtiments administratifs, bâtiments d’entreprise, bâtiments publics, immeubles d’appartements, magasins.

La durabilité est un aspect central pour nous depuis plus de 15 ans.

Pour nous, la durabilité n’est pas une « mode moderne ». Les constructions et les transformations qui préservent les ressources font partie de nos projets presque depuis le début.

La revitalisation du bâtiment Triton (2010/2012) a été l’un des premiers grands bâtiments administratifs d’Allemagne à être certifié or selon la norme DGNB. Notre intérêt pour les façades en pierre naturelle provient également des émissions de CO2 réduites de la construction en pierre naturelle. En 2021, nous avons réalisé pour la première fois un bâtiment en bois entièrement réutilisable.

Qualité architecturale

La préservation du climat, des ressources et de l’environnement n’est pas un frein à une bonne architecture. Au contraire, nous sommes convaincus que le principal défi technique de l’époque actuelle en matière de construction permet de prendre davantage conscience de ce qui constitue réellement la qualité architecturale et de ce qui ne l’est pas.
