In its 14 April edition, the FAZ reports on the new International Campus project in Voltastrasse. Starting this summer, the temporary living specialist plans to convert offices into apartments at Voltastrasse 81. This will take place in the Carat office centre, which was built in 1994, according to the designs of TEK TO NIK Architekten.
The offer is part of the new International Campus brand HNVS. It is aimed at business people who need a modern furnished apartment for a few months or longer. The apartments will have a kitchen and bathroom area of between 26 and 50 square metres, and residents will also have access to common areas for fitness, co-working and socialising. A highlight of the property is likely to be the roof terrace on the 7th floor, which will be shared by all residents. Completion is scheduled for the second half of 2022.
