TEK TO NIK awarded.
Ten years ago, TEK TO NIK developed the idea of a « green alley » in Frankfurt’s Allerheiligen district. Under the name MAIN YARD, the OrT Group has been driving the project forward ever since. The project has now been named « Real Estate Development of the Year 2023 » and included in the yearbook, following the recent granting of planning permission. The award and publication concentrate on projects which are due for completion within the coming years and where the plans and representations are authoritative. The publisher writes: « For all architects, developers, real estate agents, buyers and tenants, the yearbook offers an optimal overview of the projects that are currently under construction and will soon be launched on the German-speaking market ».
