On three pages, the trade magazine « Immobilienwirtschaft » (Haufe-Verlag) deals with the planning for the Allerheiligen district. According to the magazine, the six buildings that are to be completed there along a new, car-free street by 2022 have the potential to turn the « run-down » district into a lively focal point in the east of the city area. Andreas Derkum and Nour Toumeh, who are responsible for planning management at our company, are quoted as saying: « The self-supporting natural stone façade of the FortySeven & Co. office building in Frankfurt’s banking district has enabled us to prove that high design standards can also be realized economically. … This is only possible thanks to parametric design and algorithm-based computer processes. These are also already incorporated in our planning for the Allerheiligen district. » These flexible design methods allow for a more diverse design vocabulary and thus an urban and varied overall appearance, without having to sacrifice efficiency in planning and execution.
