Purpose(s) of data processing
We collect and process personal data exclusively for our own purposes, for the fulfillment of the agreed subject matter of the contract. We do not pass on any data to third parties, except for the fulfillment of contractual obligations and with the consent of the client, e.g. to banks, as well as for the fulfillment of legal obligations relating to the subject matter of the contract, such as the transfer of data to tax authorities and social security institutions. We treat your personal data as strictly confidential. Insofar as personal data is processed by a processor, such as Datev eG, the processor is obliged to provide sufficient guarantees that appropriate technical and organizational measures are implemented in such a way that the processing is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the DSGVO and the BDSG and ensures the protection of the rights of the data subject.

The data processing is carried out for the fulfillment of the concluded service contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures.
Storage period
Personal data is only stored until the purpose of the contract for which it was provided to us has been fulfilled. Statutory or legal retention periods must be observed.
Right to information and change of your data
Upon request, we will provide you free of charge with information about the scope and origin of your stored data and the purpose of storage.
Right to deletion
You have the right to demand that we delete personal data concerning you without delay.
Log data
When you visit our website, the device with which you call up the page automatically transmits log data (connection data) to our provider’s server. Log data includes, for example, the IP address of the device you use to access the website or a service, the type of browser you use to access the site, the website you visited previously, your system configuration, and date and time information. Our provider stores IP addresses only if and to the extent necessary to provide the services. In other cases, IP addresses are deleted or anonymized.

We have appropriate technical and organizational security measures in place to ensure the security of your information and to protect it from unauthorized access, manipulation or destruction.

When contacting us by e-mail, the information provided by the sender will be stored for the purpose of processing the request and for further inquiries exclusively for our own purposes.
Contract and personal data
We do not collect, process or store any personal data via our Internet homepage. We do not use cookies, social media or other website tracking solutions besides Google Analytics.
No techniques are used to track the access behavior of individual users.
Cookies
A cookie is a small file consisting of letters and numbers that we store in your browser or on your hard drive after your consent. Cookies contain information that is transferred to your computer’s hard drive.
Google Analytics
Address, referring URL, date/time, browser version and operating system used are stored in the server’s own log files. This data is in no way related to individual persons and is only logged internally, confidentially and in accordance with data protection laws for page optimization and to protect against misuse. The evaluation is anonymous. For this purpose, we use the free software of “Google Analytics”. For this purpose, Google provides this statement:
