Realize

Our Reliability is based on experience, systematics and technology

Design and realization are interlocked at TEK TO NIK. We use a consistently identical, dedicated data room for the integration of all construction service stages up to the ready-to-occupy building. This increases the productivity of the entire process, adherence to schedules, cost transparency and continuous quality assurance.

The technologies and their systematic use help us to realize designs that are true to design, cost and schedule. Result: Clients get their buildings as planned and in the promised quality.

Experience

Our realization management is headed by Dipl.-Ing. Jan Dreher. With him, TEK TO NIK has continuously expanded its experience and competence in construction management. Meanwhile, our realization management has an impressive history of successfully completed, often complex construction projects.

We are proud that our services from aesthetic design to general planning and realization are on the same high level in all phases.

Systematics

Our realization management thinks three-dimensionally: Accurate cost awareness, precise knowledge of technical construction processes and understanding of architectural ideas form the quality triangle.

In project planning, we also have a systematic approach that leaves no detail out of consideration and no question unanswered. On this basis, our implementation management achieves above-average reliability in meeting the planned schedule and cost targets. The rate of rework is also consistently extremely low.

All projects are handled using an ISO 9001 certified (Dekra) planning and project management system audited by Sanofi-Aventis. This is also used for projects in the course of long-term framework agreements.

Technology

Our realization management is permanently engaged in new construction products, new technologies and new software for project processing.

Currently, we are particularly interested in the implementation of the BIM methodology in 4D and 5D, the reduction of the CO₂ footprint of our projects already in the construction phase, renewable building materials and more.

Sustainability

As a long-standing DGNB member, it is a matter of course for TEK TO NIK Architects to analyze and optimize all sustainability factors in the early planning stages of projects.

Essential criteria of our structural sustainability planning are the EU taxonomy (Green Deal) and the highest possible scoring in ESG criteria that can be influenced by the building design.

References

Our reference projects include a wide variety of challenges such as particularly short project times, sustainability, new types of natural stone facades or timber construction. Today, we master all tasks that may arise in the course of a complete realization management, in particular the target-oriented supervision of contract awards, the continuous cost control, the precise construction planning and control of the construction execution as well as the assurance of quality and final deadlines.
