GKK in the Lindley Quarter
New office building in Frankfurt am Main, 2018

The building was constructed in 2018 by Lang & Cie Real Estate AG for gkk DialogGroup GmbH. Its architectural concept corresponds to that of the adjacent building directly to the east, which we had completed for the Medico Foundation a year earlier. It also has seven storeys above ground, a two-storey entrance portal and is reminiscent of classic, metropolitan commercial buildings and factory administration buildings with its clear grid structure and light grey clinkered façade.

At the same time, the building’s individuality cannot be overlooked, for example in terms of its color, the shape and number of floor-to-ceiling windows, the vertical, sculptural columned corners or the building’s dimensions, which have been extended back a few rooms. Overall, the building proves to be a harmoniously integrated, almost timeless solitaire in the attractive surroundings, whose high quality is particularly durable thanks to its solid structure.

The tenant has made use of the flexible usage options for open-plan working environments, as befits its working methods as a modern dialog marketing agency. The innovative, colorful working environment in the agency’s brand look is crowned by a roof terrace accessible to all with a sweeping view over the Main towards Sachsenhausen.
