The internist for your building – technical building equipment as a lever for economic benefit

In modern buildings, technical and financial issues are closely interlinked. We therefore always assume that there is a direct connection between the planned use of the building and all elements of the technical building equipment (TBE). To this end, we develop the technical building equipment for each project individually through the economically

profitable and efficient use of advances in construction technology, from waste heat utilisation to access control. We consider this approach essential in order to maximise the economic efficiency of a building and its ‘internal health’. Here, we integrate all dimensions of modern construction, revitalisation and technical optimisation so that you receive smart, certifiable and investable solutions with all components of modern building technology without having to hire and coordinate additional third parties.

COMPRE­HENSIVE KNOWLEDGE

We prepare the planning of the building infrastructure with all cables, systems and safety measures digitally and integrate it seamlessly into the BIM software. This process is supported by state-of-the-art software at all stages, but still requires construction implementation experience to ensure that everything fits in reality and that the calculated effects can be realised as planned. Our holistic planning approach (smart building design) offers you a particularly high level of reliability in terms of meeting deadlines, costs and targets.

  • Expert reports on the technical building equipment of existing properties to enable optimal planning of planned renovation investments, including evidence of any subsidies

CERTIFI­CATIONS

Certifications are a kind of currency. They prove the quality standard to builders, tenants and banks. This is particularly important when subsidies are linked to the certifications.

We have all the expertise you need to obtain the building certifications you desire. These include the demanding certificates according to the standards of DGNB (German Sustainable Building Council), BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method), the global LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) or the German state QNG (Quality Seal for Sustainable Building). These assessment methods differ in part only in their methods and the scope of the criteria.
