TEK TO NIK has continuously expanded its experience and expertise in construction management over more than 20 years. Our realization management team now has an impressive track record of successfully completed, often complex construction projects.

As a result, our services are of the same high standard in all phases, from aesthetic design and general planning to realization.

Systematics

For us, realization management means keeping an eye on all four key dimensions of good construction: accurate cost awareness, precise knowledge of technical construction processes, consistent and tailored integration of all wishes and requirements for technical building equipment (TBE), and an understanding of architectural ideas form the quality triangle.

In project planning, we employ a highly systematic approach that ensures no detail is overlooked and no question remains unanswered. On this basis, our realization management achieves above-average reliability in terms of planned deadlines and cost targets. The rate of rework is also consistently extremely low.

All projects are handled using an ISO 9001 certified (Dekra) planning and project management system audited by Sanofi-Aventis. This is also used for projects in the course of long-term framework agreements.

Technology

The realization management team is constantly working with new construction products, new technologies, the latest sustainability standards and new opportunities for efficient project management offered by cloud-based software.

We are currently particularly interested in 4D and 5D BIM methodology, reducing the carbon footprint of our projects during the construction phase, renewable building materials and much more.

Sustainability

As a long-standing DGNB member, it is a matter of course for TEK TO NIK Architects to analyze and optimize all sustainability factors in the early planning stages of projects.

Essential criteria of our structural sustainability planning are the EU taxonomy (Green Deal) and the highest possible scoring in ESG criteria that can be influenced by the building design.
